This nice and spacious village house Casa Horta has recently been beautifully renovated by the owner. It is located in the historic part of the lovely town of Pollensa and it even has a private swimming pool. About 200 meters from the house is the main square, la plaza mayor, where there are several shops, bars and restaurants. The market is held here every Sunday. Beautiful walks can be made from Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Bicycles can be rented in Puerto Pollensa. You do not need a car because you can take the bus to the nearest beaches and there are also good connections with the capital and airport.

Palma de Mallorca is 58 km. distance. The nearest beaches are at Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, 7 km away.

You enter the spacious living room with air conditioning. The house has a separate dining room, also with air conditioning. Down a few steps you enter the spacious kitchen. From the kitchen a door leads to the terraces and pool.
On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. The rooms with double beds have their own bathroom en-suite, one with shower and the other with shower-bath combination. One of these rooms has access to the terraces and the pool and a higher terrace which offers nice views of Pollensa and, in the distance, the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
At the pool is an outdoor shower and separate toilet. There is also a fixed barbecue.
Remarks
• Pollensa celebrates its feria from the end of July to 2 August. On Good Friday there is a procession in the street.
• The house does not have its own parking space!
• Distance to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) approximately one hour.
Availability
• Summer months only available from Saturday to Saturday.
• Rest of the year flexible arrival – and departure date. Minimum stay 4 nights.

Perfecte locatie, op een steenworp afstand van alle restaurants en winkels, maar toch zeer rustig en privé. De villa is afgewerkt met een uitstekende, hoge standaard, het zwembad, hoewel klein, is perfect voor een gezin van 4 personen.
