Description of this large holiday home Casa Pascola in Mallorca
The old character of the house has been carefully preserved by the owners and contributes to the homely atmosphere. The terrace behind the house offers a view of the beautiful surroundings. There is also a covered terrace with seating area. The concrete pool is located on a higher level and can be reached via a number of steps. The unique thing is that the water comes from a well and the excess water irrigates the land around it. The natural flow of the water keeps the pool clean. WiFi is available.
Surroundings of Casa Pascola
The house is 6 km away from beautiful Pollensa towards the Tramuntana Mountains. Beautiful walks can be made directly from home. GR221 runs practically past the house. The nearest beaches are those of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa at approximately 12 km.

Ground floor: entrance to lounge with seating area and fireplace, which is in open connection with dining room with masonry sofa and patio doors to the rear terrace and to the left the kitchen, + a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
1st floor: a staircase leads up from the lounge. At the top of the stairs in the hallway is a room with a seat and an extra bed. In addition, 3 bedrooms, of which one bedroom with a double bed, the second with a double bed and an extra bed and a third with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

• Extra cleaning of bathroom/change of towels mid-week.

Fantastische plek.
Het huis is prachtig en fantastisch gelegen aan de voet van de bergen. De routebeschrijving klopte niet helemaal… Pollenca is een leuke, niet te drukke plaats. We hebben heerlijk vegetarisch gegeten in Pollenca bij Bellaverde. We boeken graag bij jullie, snelle reacties, fijne service, mooie huizen.
Tip: gewoon gaan!
Geweldig mooie villa!! Niets gemist, alles in orde. Erg schoon!! Omgeving was prachtig, willen graag nog een x terug.

Zoals beloofd: huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis was fijn en comfortabel, met heerlijk terras en super zwembad met uitzicht. Vogels overal, zon. Een heerlijke plek! Op enkele kilometers een verrassend leuk plaatsje, met alle voorzieningen. Mooie aansluiting vanuit het huis op een GR-wandelroute. We vonden bij aankomst de sleutel onder een steen. Verder geen persoon, of welkomstbriefje of enige gebaar namens de verhuurder, dat voelt wat kaal. Schoonmaak tussendoor: riant!
De natuur is echt prachtig.
Mooi huis, prachtige omgeving, goede communicatie en service. Zeldzame diersoorten zoals de boommarter en de nachtegaal vind je hier volop. Heel bijzonder!
Waanzinnig mooi huis in adembenemend mooie omgeving.
Uitzicht op de bergen vanuit terras, tuin en zwembad. Volop privacy, ruimte en rust en toch dichtbij Pollensa. Er loopt een wandelroute direct langs het huis en goede uitvalsbasis voor tochten naar Tramuntana, Soller.
