Villa Angeles has a beautiful countryside location within walking distance of Pollensa’s old town. The house has a large garden with grass around the swimming pool (7×5 m, depth 1.20 to 2 m).
Layout Villa Angeles
On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, also there is a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the area and lots of light as well as fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms at Villa Angeles are simple.
The interior is light and a mix of contemporary and traditional. The living room has comfortable sofas, a television and a decorative fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table and chairs. French doors open from the kitchen onto the shaded rear terrace. On the side of the house is a large covered veranda with dining and lounge area.
Surroundings of Villa Angeles
This comfortable villa is within walking distance of the old town of Pollensa (900m), with a great selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach lovers don’t have to travel far as the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa is just a short drive away (4 miles) as are a number of other great beaches. Shops, markets, golf courses, a water park and various attractions and points of interest are also within easy reach.
Remarks
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms has a time slot (5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
