Villa Buger is located in the historic quarter of Pollensa’s old town. The house is a 5 minute walk from the fantastic main square, with all its terraces, bars, restaurants and shops. A perfect home-base for holidays in Mallorca.

The property has been lovingly renovated by the owners, using the best quality materials: all fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. The house has its own inner garden with dining table, sun beds, a separate seating area, a lovely, small private swimming pool and a fantastic covered BBQ area.
The holiday home is suitable for six people. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are two more twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower.
The modern kitchen is open to the lounge-dining room, with a beautiful table that can seat up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a ceramic hob, an electric oven, an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, etc.
The holiday home is a beautiful blend of old features beautifully combined with modern facilities and equipment, creating a fantastic balance between old and new. The courtyard is completely private and has a small pool to refresh on hot summer days. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and wifi.
All in all, Villa Buger is a fantastic townhouse in Pollensa, extremely close to the center and the well-known main square, but at the same time offering privacy and a great urban garden. The ideal place for a holiday in Mallorca.

Brilliant location
Brilliantly located house in the lovely town on Pollensa. We stay in townhouses in Pollensa every year and we got a great deal on this house. Perfectly located just a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor.
Het huis was prachtig
Er was helemaal niets om over te klagen. Wij hebben het huis voor een week gehuurd, van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Op woensdag verscheen plotseling de huishouding om de handdoeken en beddengoed te verschonen. Dit verraste ons positief omdat we het niet hadden verwacht.
