Villa Rafa

Villa Rafa is a fantastic holiday home for 8 people in the Mallorca countryside, just south of Pollensa.

Villa Rafa is a charming restored family home, full of character with air conditioning in all bedrooms; the original house dates from the eighteenth century. This two-storey stone-clad farmhouse has many traditional features, such as an internal stone wall and terracotta tiles, and is comfortably furnished throughout.

Layout of the holiday villa

From the covered terrace at the front, original wooden double doors open to the large hall. On the left we find the living room with seating area, traditional sofas, flat screen and satellite TV. The dining room has a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool. To the rear of the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob and more, including a walk-in pantry.

From the kitchen a door leads to the covered barbecue area. A second door leads to the utility room where the washing machine is located. To the right of the entrance a stone archway leads to a twin bedroom with views over the pool and garden and an adjacent large shower room.

The main staircase leads to the landing and to the master bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace. Two more twin bedrooms each have a doorway onto the second sun terrace and share a spacious family bathroom.

At the rear of the house is the impressive covered dining terrace with a huge solid oak dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The beautiful oval swimming pool has Roman steps leading down to the crystal clear water. Relaxing sun loungers adorn the furnished sun terraces. Lawn area for the children to play, in the enclosed garden. For your added convenience there is an outdoor shower. The picturesque, secluded, shaded sun terrace is an ideal spot for an afternoon siesta and total relaxation. You can even pick your own grapes from the owner’s vineyard!

Villa Rafa is private, idyllic and provides an ideal retreat. Nestled on the lower slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains, the villa has fantastic countryside views. Ideal for those who want a family holiday in the Pollensa hills. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is just a few minutes drive away. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just 8.5 km away. You can find inspiration for fun things during your holiday here.

Remarks

• Price excludes ecotax, 2.20 excl. VAT per person aged 16 and over.
• In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

 

Availability

Minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival on Saturday in the summer months.
