Can Tolo is located in the heart of the triangle formed by Pollensa, Alcudia and Port de Pollensa. A holiday bungalow for 4 people, with a fenced private swimming pool, just 1.5 kilometers from the sea.
Can Tolo is a completely newly renovated villa for four people, located on a country road near Puerto Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca. The villa is characterized by the tranquility of the environment in which it is located, and is suitable for all those people looking for a relaxing holiday.
Layout Can Tolo
The house is decorated in the traditional Mallorcan style, where wood and stone predominate. A large dining room leads to a very well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and in between them is the bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor terrace with its stone pillars is ideal for reading a book in the shade. Outside, next to the private swimming pool (8.65 x 4.70, depth 1.20-1.95) there is a barbecue with table and chairs where you can enjoy your own prepared meals.
Surrounding of Can Tolo
There are several kitesurfing schools on the nearby beaches. The larger towns of Port de Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa can be reached within 10 minutes. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, and the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car.
Remarks
In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning runs on a timer.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival on Saturday in the summer months.
