This beautiful, recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor just 50 meters from the beach of La Gola in Puerto Pollensa. An ideal location for families who want to spend their holidays by the beach. This apartment is contemporary, comfortable and in a great location in the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is only a minute’s walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and the beautiful beach.

You enter the apartment into a lovely open plan living area with two sofas and a large flat screen TV with a selection of international channels. From the lounge you have access to a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. An arch gives access to the modern open kitchen, which is fully equipped with, for example, a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. To the left of the kitchen there is another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower.
Direct surroundings of the holiday apartment
You will stay in Puerto Pollensa, a nice – not overly busy – seaside resort on the north-east coast of Mallorca. There is a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The larger towns of Pollensa and Alcudia can be reached within 20 minutes to half an hour by car. Palma de Mallorca, the island’s capital, is just over an hour away.

Locatie is perfect!
Het appartement was heel ruim en schoon, met veel apparatuur in de keuken en de airco was effectief. De locatie was perfect voor onze groep met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand, de supermarkt en restaurants. Puntje van aandacht: het zou goed zijn geweest om spiegels in andere kamers dan alleen de badkamers te hebben.
