The house is located on a small urbanization, Villa Aves is about 5 kilometers from Periana. This villa is within walking distance of shops and bars. Enjoy blissful tranquility just 30 minutes from the coast and 15 minutes from La Viñuela Lake. The domain is completely walled and only accessible via the entrance gate with intercom. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake of La Viñuela and the sea in the distance.

This holiday home is exceptionally well equipped and consists of a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 with patio doors to the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The two bathrooms are both equipped with a bath/shower combination. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. On the terrace you will find a lovely seating area, and by the large swimming pool (9×4 meters) there are sun loungers and parasols. There is also a stone barbecue on the terrace.
Surroundings of Villa Aves in the Axarquia
The region is ideal for long walks and hikes. The beautiful Lake of Viñuela is 10 kilometers away. Within half an hour you are at the coast (Torre del Mar). This house and surroundings have everything for a wonderful family holiday.

Beetje afgelegen maar daardoor is het heel rustig.
Heerlijk huis, fijn zwembad, goede uitrusting, alles wat je nodig hebt.
De villa is perfect ingericht.
Er ontbreekt niets. We hebben echt genoten van de dagen aan het zwembad. De ‘alpine’ aanlooproute zorgt ervoor dat er niet te veel excursies zijn. We waren in Sevilla, Granada en – bijzondere tip – Antequera (wolvenpark en prehistorische hunebedden, tenslotte werelderfgoed!). Het weer werkte ook mee. Oktober is waarschijnlijk de beste tijd om te reizen.
Prachtig huis, waanzinnig uitzicht!
Leuk huis dat een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding biedt. De eigenaar is super aardig om mee te communiceren en helpt met alles. Als u van wijn en barbecue houdt in een fantastische omgeving, kies dan voor dit huis.
