This has of course been researched, Mallorca is number 1 in the list; affordable, azure sea, beautiful bays. Something for everyone, young people can party and families with children can spend their days on one of the beautiful beaches of the island. The capital Palma de Mallorca is also well worth a visit. Since the island is not much bigger than the whole of London city, you can discover a lot of beautiful things within a week, without having to drive too many kilometers. Since Mallorca is so popular with holidaymakers, and the offer of accommodation is limited, the holiday homes are often fully booked well in advance. A city trip to a Spanish city is always a good idea, Spanish cities are among the most popular holiday destinations. Strangely enough, the capital of Spain is not the most popular place among Northern Europeans. Valencia is at the top of the list of Spanish cities with the most visitors. Closely followed by Barcelona and even Seville is more popular than the capital.
