Description of Quinta Avos
Divided over two levels, Quinta Avos has four en-suite bedrooms, guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, seating room with flat screen TV and fireplace, large covered terrace with wooden sun loungers and a spacious garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The two bedrooms on the first floor have a large and sunny terrace with beautiful sea views.
Surroundings of the Portuguese holiday home
The quinta is a stone’s throw from the traditional Portuguese village of Cumeada, with its old castle. Historic Silves is only a ten-minute drive away and the city of Messines with its lively market is seven minutes away. Silves is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful towns in the Algarve. It is teeming with sights, nice shops and cozy bars, restaurants and terraces. In August, the always busy Medieval Festival is held.
The nearest beach is in Armacao de Pera, about twenty minutes by car from the quinta. This long stretch of white beach has lots of nice bars and restaurants. Other beautiful beaches in the area are those of Ferragudo, Carvoeiro and Praia da Rocha. Lovers of an active holiday can enjoy snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis and golf in the vicinity of the quinta.

Het uitzicht tijdens ontbijt en diner is werkelijk subliem!
We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkind een heerlijke week gehad in Quinta Avos. Vooral het grote terras en het feit dat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer heeft, maken het huis erg prettig om in te verblijven. De verbouwing en inrichting van huis en tuin is met zeer groot gevoel voor smaak gedaan, waardoor je je al heel gauw thuis voelt. De ligging in de Algarve is zodanig dat je met een klein uurtje rijden alle mooie plekjes wel kunt bereiken. Wat ons betreft een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een gezellig, niet al te groot familiehuis, voorzien van alle faciliteiten die je maar bedenken kan!

Prachtige villa. Praktisch nieuw. Fraaie indeling. Bereikbaarheid prima. Ligging heel fraai bovenaan een heuvel.
Een aanrader voor rust, schoonheid, faciliteiten, uitzicht en privacy.
Voor de tweede keer hebben we villa Quinta Avos mogen bezoeken. Vorig jaar waren we al enthousiast en ook dit jaar hebben we genoten van het uitzonderlijk goede weer, de gastvrijheid en de ontvangst en onderkomen. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Alles was in goede orde en netjes. Fraai uitzicht vanaf de veranda en de veranda bood heerlijke verkoeling tussendoor bij het eten en drinken. We hebben intensief van het door de zon verwarmde zwembad kunnen genieten en de tuin lag er prachtig verzorgd bij. De privacy was helemaal geweldig en het terrein is volledig afgesloten. Het is zeker niet ons laatste bezoek.
