Quinta Monchique is an, in 1970, architecturally built villa with a patio covered with vines as the center and entrance. The various rooms are located around this.
Description Quinta Monchique
The villa includes a large living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment, a dining room and a large covered terrace. The villa has a very spacious master bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Through the French doors you directly access the terrace with swimming pool.
The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with bath, separate shower and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a guest toilet located in the central hall.
The third bedroom has a bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is a double room adjacent to the master bedroom. These two rooms are connected by a door that can be locked. This room is adjacent to the pool but does not have a private bathroom.
The villa is also equipped with central heating (optional), pantry with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment, two satellite TVs, DVD player, radio and CD player. Cots are provided on request. All areas are on the ground floor and barrier-free.
Various terraces have been laid out around this eight-person villa with both sunny and shady spots, various seating areas, a large dining table and a barbecue. The swimming pool (salt water, 12 x 6) is equipped with an outdoor shower. Next to the kitchen is a citrus orchard where you can pick your own fruit in the morning. The view is breathtaking and in clear weather you can see all the way to the coast.
Surroundings of the holiday villa
The villa is located at the foot of the beautiful Monchique mountains on an estate that is covered with the most beautiful native plants and trees. The Romanesque village of Caldas de Monchique, a recognized spa town, is within walking distance. Faro Airport is a 45-minute drive away; the nearest beaches are twenty minutes away by car.
Previous guests describe this house and its beautiful gardens as “paradise in Portugal”.

Owners request a security deposit of € 500.

In the summer months arrival on Saturday, minimum 7 nights.

Heerlijke vakantie op een toplocatie
Wij zochten een mooie, rustige locatie, maar wel op rijafstand van de stranden en de kustplaatsen. Het werd Foz de Banho net buiten Caldas de Monchique in de bergen achter Portimao. Wat een prachtige plek! Vooral de tuin met uniek zwembad. Zo mooi hadden wij het nog nooit gezien! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Veel gezien en gedaan maar ook heel veel aan de rand van het zwembad geluierd.
