Casa Carrasco is the holiday spot to enjoy endless views in beautiful surroundings for hours. From the terraces you can see a beautiful valley with olive and almond trees and in the distance the mountains of the Montes de Malaga Natural Park.

Casa Carrasco is a renovated cortijo (former farm), which is completely free standing in nature, with only a few other houses in the same valley. Enjoy sun terraces or a spot in the shade under the covered part of the terrace and the flowering plants and shrubs all around. A staircase leads from the terrace to the swimming pool. From there, the surrounding nature is a unique experience. Casa Carrasco has been tastefully restored. The beautiful tiled floors and beamed ceilings make it an attractive holiday home with 3 bathrooms with shower and a modern kitchen. The old bread oven can still be seen here. The last 2 km is a good country road with some steeper bits here and there. You can take a lovely walk in the valley directly from the house.

Surroundings of this holiday home in Andalusia

Colmenar and Comares are a 20-minute drive away. Colmenar is a lively village with everything you need. Comares is beautifully situated on a hilltop. This typical Andalusian village has nice bars and restaurants. The highway to Granada and Cordoba is about 15 minutes drive from Colmenar. Antequera is an interesting, smaller town nearby. About half an hour’s drive away are beautiful natural parks, such as Montes de Malaga and the rugged nature at Alfarnate and Periana.

Ground floor – living room with seating area by the wood burner. A few steps up to the bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Modern kitchen with dining table. Additional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink for one of the bedrooms upstairs. First floor – bedroom with 2 single beds (has bathroom on the ground floor) and bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet and washbasin.

• The pool is 8x4m with a depth of 1.10-1.80m.
• The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) at about 45 minutes drive.
