The farmhouse, built in 1880, has been transformed into a lovely, cozy holiday home with very comfortable furniture and beds. The ultimate place for those seeking tranquility. Holiday home Finca la Guita is beautifully situated and not far from the white village of Cómpeta.
Description holiday home Finca la Guita
The Finca itself is spacious enough for 4 people and the apartment below the Finca is suitable for 2 people. Around the finca are several terraces and a private swimming pool. The view of the hills and mountains from the terraces is fantastic. With 3000 m2 of private land there is sufficient privacy and there are plenty of places to enjoy the sun or shade.
The Finca has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bath and toilet, an attractively furnished living room with fireplace and adjacent dining room with a second fireplace. In the Finca you will also find a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has an audio system and a TV with more than 100 channels (including all Dutch).
The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate lounge area. When you book for 5 or 6 people, this apartment will also be prepared for you.
Surroundings of the holiday home
Málaga can be reached in about an hour. The coastal town of Torrox Costa is 18 km away. from the house. The white village of Cómpeta can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain hikes can be made in this area, but because it is not far away, beach lovers will also get their money’s worth here. Wine lovers are in the perfect location and this is reflected in the many vineyards in this area. Try them out at the local restaurants and bars where you can get a delicious ‘menu del día’ cheap.

Parking is possible at the bottom of the road under a roof, or in front of the gate of the driveway. Outside there is a covered terrace, large dining area for 8 people. A separate smaller sun terrace with sun loungers. At the pool on a lower level several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The cozy finca itself has a living room with adjoining dining room (table for 6). Separate, semi-open kitchen. Two bedrooms with private bathroom with bath and toilet. Apartment, accessible from the terrace around the pool, has a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet and lounge area with dining area and double sofa. In front of the house you will find a fixed, brick barbecue. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Remarks
• Large beach towels are provided for you.
• Upon arrival you pay a security deposit of € 250, which you will paid back to you via your bank account within 2 weeks.
• The last 200 meters to the house are unpaved and steep!
• The Finca is a non-smoking home.

Het huis was geweldig
Mooi uitzicht, (we hadden niet gedacht dat er zoveel huizen zouden staan), prachtige omgeving en dichtbij dorp. De contactpersoon arriveerde meteen na het bellen. Hij wist niet dat we en voor het kinderbed en de kinderstoel gingen en voor het appartement. Maar dat was snel geregeld, alles was er en meer. We hadden ons niet gerealiseerd dat wc papier, zeep, afwasmiddel enz. aanwezig zouden zijn. Ook een basisvoorraad kruiden, olie enz. We hebben ervan gebruikt, maar we hebben ook weer aangevuld. Op een of twee potten de datum geschreven van de dag dat we ze openenden.
Uitstekende vakantieplek.
Vriendelijke ontvangst. Aardig en toegankelijk, tips voor bezienswaardigheden/omgeving, etc. Mooi groot huis met goede bedden en airco. Welvoorziene keuken en groot zwembad.
Een ontzettend leuk huis!!
Prachtige omgeving. In het huis wachtte ons een verrassing: een leuk kaartje met een flesje wijn. Binnen zag het er prachtig uit. We leefden alleen maar buiten, binnen misten wij niets.
