Description of this luxury holiday home

You mainly live outside because of the warm climate, even in winter the temperatures in this region are very pleasant. Outside, various places have been created to relax; sun-beds, an outdoor bar, lounge area, not to mention the heated saltwater swimming pool with outdoor shower. In addition, the nature here is beautiful and the view towards the sea and over the hills of Sayalonga is breathtakingly beautiful! The holiday home has a spacious outdoor area with parking for several cars.

Layout of The Guesthouse

The spacious open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, oven, induction. There are ample crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils available to cook wonderful meals for your group. In the pantry you will find an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The living room has patio doors to the covered veranda with lounge area and outdoor bar. The villa and guest house are air-conditioned and there is also a cozy fireplace in the living room. Furthermore, the windows to the outdoor bar can be opened, so that you are connected to what is happening outside while cooking.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has 2 separate single beds. Between these bedrooms you will find a shared bathroom with toilet, shower and 2 sinks.

The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. This room has two fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the pool. Fantastic waking up with this view towards the sea!

There is a separate guest house for 2 people on the premises. If you come to The Guesthouse with more than 6 people, this separate cottage will also be at your disposal. The cottage is equipped with a small pantry with fridge, induction hob, patio doors with a view towards the sea, bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet, built-in wardrobe and a double bed (160x200cm).

Direct surroundings of The Guesthouse

Sayalonga is a picturesque white village located at an altitude of 359 m in the Spanish province of Málaga in the Andalusia region. This is the region with the most hours of sunshine in Spain, which ensures an ideal climate to stay, partly due to the cool sea breeze in the summer. The village has a central village square where activities are organized such as flamenco dancing.

The village has a few facilities, such as 2 small supermarkets and 3 catering establishments. Jocavi is a cozy local café where you can eat something small. Opposite Jocavi is a restaurant with a simple menu.

A little further on at an altitude of 700 m is Cómpeta, a beautiful charming white village. Cómpeta is known for its delicious, local wines. The night of wine (Noche del Vino) is not to be missed if you are in the area in August. Cómpeta has a cozy village square where you can enjoy a delicious lunch.

You can reach Malaga in less than an hour’s drive. A tour of the food market should not be missed here. Next to the food market you can also enjoy freshly prepared food from the market and local wines from the area.

From The Guesthouse you can reach several beaches within half an hour, for example in Torre del Mar, Torrox or Algarrobo.
