Casa Jara is the ideal holiday home for people who love a good view. From the living room and side terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea, which is 8 kilometers as the crow flies. On a clear day you can even get a good view of Gibraltar and the coastline of Morocco. Furthermore, beautiful views of the hills and mountains of the nature reserve behind this holiday home. The mountain range is home to many birds of prey, a spectacle to watch the eagles use the thermals on a sunny day.
Description of Casa Jara near Casares
Casa Jara (wild rock rose) is a detached house with heated swimming pool in the hills close to the typical Andalusian village of Casares. This bright and spacious house has been tastefully furnished by the owners. The holiday home has a cozy, spacious living room, a modern kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. All bedrooms, on the lower floor of the house, have private access to the terrace through glass doors. Around the house are several terraces with sun and shade, at the lower level near the swimming pool and at the house itself. The surrounding garden is beautifully landscaped with native plants and trees. The last 200 meters to Casa Jara is a well-maintained, fairly steep, semi-paved road. You will stay here in complete privacy, away from the world in a wonderfully light and spacious holiday home!
Surroundings Casa Jara
Casares is less than 10 minutes drive and has several nice bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Casares is known for its wide range of very good restaurants. Via a beautiful route you can reach Casares on foot in 1 hour. The beach is about a 30 minute drive. Ronda is 1 hour away. Ideal if you want to combine the proximity of the beach with inland nature and culture.
Layout of holiday home Casa Jara
You park behind the gate on arrival, enough parking space for 3 cars. Upper floor – entrance with separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine. Very spacious living room with sitting area by the fireplace and dining area with dining table for 6. Very well equipped kitchen, with new five-burner gas stove and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a terrace, specially equipped for the Weber’s gas barbecue. Next to the dining table, glass doors lead to a roof terrace with dining area with a round table for 6 people.
Ground floor – Three bedrooms, all with glass doors to large, covered terrace, again with dining area, lounge set and sun loungers. One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds for 1 person and 1 with a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with shower, toilet and sink.
Tip from La Taha
Along the road towards the coast (A-377) you can spot beautiful birds of prey, especially at the end of the afternoon you can see these beautiful animals floating by on the thermals. A mighty spectacle.
Remarks
• The swimming pool is 8×4 m. To be used from April 1 to November 1. Heated from May 15 to October 15 (earlier or longer in consultation).
• Several stairs to the holiday home and the terraces, less suitable for people with walking difficulties and/or with small children.
• The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) at an hour’s drive.

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.
Goede prettige ontvangst door de Nederlandse Karin. Omgeving mooi, de strandplaatsjes doen helaas door de grote groep Britten niet Spaans aan. Top keuken die goed gevuld was. Heerlijke terrassen. Heerlijk huis.
Fantastisch!
Wij zijn 12 jaar geleden in ditzelfde huis geweest, en dat was reden genoeg om nog een keer terug te komen. Het is nu gezelliger ingericht dan voorheen. Ontvangst was zeer netjes en duidelijk. Verder is de keuken zeer compleet en hebben wij heerlijk gekookt. Voor een ‘foodie’ is deze keuken zeker compleet genoeg. Erg goed ook dat de specerijen en de droge etenswaren bewaard worden. Zo vul je gewoon wat aan, en weet je dat de volgende huurder er weer profijt van heeft. Dat is erg attent.
Alles dik in orde!
Wij zijn heel tevreden.
SUPER
Waanzinnig huis, diverse terrassen zorgen voor veel mogelijkheden. Alle comfort is aanwezig. SUPER, heel erg tevreden: aanbod en service van La Taha ook super.
