This detached house is located a few minutes from the village of Gaucin. Casa Caballerizo has enough space for 10 people, but for 2 people it is also a wonderful location for a quiet holiday. In the large garden are almond, chestnut and pine trees. There are plenty of spots to enjoy the sun or the shade. The house is detached and you have all the privacy in the world.
Description of this spacious holiday home in Andalusia
Next to the house is the swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and a dining table with fixed barbecue. Not only the garden but also the house is spacious. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with dining table and fireplace. In addition to the central heating, there is a fireplace in the living room that heats well, making this house an ideal location in the winter months. On the ground floor is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. If 2 people use the house, only the ground floor will be prepared for you. There is also a separate toilet and a room where the washing machine is located.
On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and seating area. The other rooms use a separate bathroom. The friendly owners live in the village and are very helpful.
Near surroundings of your holiday home Casa Caballerizo
In Gaucín there are several good restaurants, shops and bars with delicious tapas. Explore the lovely village with its many narrow streets and be sure to visit the ruins of the castle from which you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The city of Ronda can be reached in about 45 minutes. The nearest beach is half an hour’s drive from the house. Malaga airport 1.5 hours.

Ground floor: living room, bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen and dining room. Toilet. Separate room with washing machine.
First floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. The last 3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bath and toilet.
Remarks
• You pay € 150 per week for the use of the central heating.
• Firewood is available for the first evening.
• On arrival you pay a deposit of € 250, which you will receive back if you leave the house in good condition.
• Preferably bookings from Saturday to Saturday, but everything is negotiable.
• If the house is rented by 2 people, only the ground floor will be prepared for you.
• Nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) 1.5 hours’ drive.

Heel fijn huis.
We vonden het een heel fijn huis en een prachtige omgeving, ook is Gaucin een dorpje waar je erg goed uit kan eten. De ontvangst was goed en de beheerders zijn hartelijke mensen.
