Description of the holiday home
The holiday home is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms (3x for 2 people and 1x for 3). All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms are equipped with a bath, 1 bathroom only has a shower. The very complete kitchen is adjacent to a separate dining room. The holiday home is filled with nice seating areas and there is even an office. Several terraces, both sunny and shady, all with phenomenal views of the mountain range in the distance. Of course, a private swimming pool is also included. The almost round pool is 5×6 meters and has a maximum depth of 1.60. The mature garden is a feast for the eyes.
Immediately surroundings of Casa Tejar
The house is located at the top of the small town of Montecorto, just 15 minutes from Ronda, with beautiful panoramic views of the Sierra de Grazalema mountains. The immediate surroundings invite you to take long walks. There are several bars and restaurants in the village, including one in the pine forest, where you can eat outside. There are also two bakeries and three small supermarkets. Much of the fruit and vegetables for sale in town come from the fertile fields surrounding the village. If you prefer to shop in supermarkets, there are several options in Ronda. The owner of the house lived there for years, and during that time he compiled a very extensive information folder with tips about the nicest places to visit in the area; you don’t have to be bored.

• Nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) 1.5 hours’ drive. • Seville (SVQ) is also 1.5 hours by car.
