Description of this holiday home in Andalusia
The large living room is separated by the fireplace into a seating area and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The use of color throughout the house gives Casa Alegria a warm appearance. The best materials have been used throughout; a classy house that guarantees a wonderful stay. On the first floor there is a television/reading room from which you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. Each bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks and hydro-massage showers.
At the pool there is a barbecue and a clay oven in which, for example, pizzas can be made. The young Spanish owner Francisco is happy to explain how it works. He speaks English and will be happy to advise you on excursions and such. Sufficient information documentation is available in the house. Around the pool is a large lawn for sunbathing. The large veranda in front of the house is the ideal place to eat outside. The large garden is fenced with high hedges. For a chilly evening there is the fireplace, but the whole house also has central heating. This is a wonderful house for a romantic stay for two, or for a cozy family holiday.
Surroundings of Casa Alegria
Casa Alegria is located just four kilometers from Ronda in a rural area. Several other villas are scattered nearby. You can reach Ronda with all its sights in just ten minutes by car. For shopping and good tapas you can also go to nearby Arriate, a village with a real Spanish atmosphere and good tapas bars. The various nature parks near Ronda are easily accessible from here.

Ground floor: large living room with seating area by the fireplace, open kitchen with dining room. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; 1 bathroom with hydro-massage bath and the other bathrooms with hydro-massage showers.
First floor: television/reading room.
Remarks
• Swimming pool 9 x 5 m, illuminated in the evening if you wish.
• The owner appreciates it if there is no smoking in the house.
• Security deposit of € 300 upon arrival. Returned to you on departure.
• The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) at about an hour’s drive. Seville Airport (SVQ) is an hour and 45 minutes drive.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen.
Contact met eigenaar verliep prima. Huis was precies zoals op de foto’s te zien was.
Alles heel goed verzorgd!!
Heel mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig, zowel binnen als buiten!! Alle kamers even dik in orde!! Dorpje Setenil las Bodegas is een aanrader, restaurant Tragatapas in Ronda (klein broertje van sterrenrestaurant Tragabuches), het meer van Zahara en dorpje Zahara, dikke aanraders voor als je geen zin hebt om naar de kust te rijden.
Huis was mooi, de omgeving is prachtig.
De ontvangst was goed. Restaurant El Muelle de Arriate is een echte aanrader; heerlijk eten, gezellig, een leuke bediening en niet duur.
