Beachhouse Casa Luna is a terraced house on an urbanization with a large shared swimming pool (18×8 meters). You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and there are several restaurants and bars within a short walk; all the best of the Costa del Sol at your fingertips.
Descroption of Beach house Casa Luna
You enter a small open hall, immediately to the right you will find the first bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. On the left is the semi-open kitchen that is fully equipped.
Straight ahead is the living/dining room. Here is a dining table for 6 people and a secretaire for anyone working ‘from home’. The characteristic Andalusian staircase is located here as-well. Via a small step you enter the living room with a sofa bed (140×200) for a possible 5th and 6th guest. There is a 49 inch television with Chromecast and a Jbl box for listening to music. There is a modern air conditioner for cooling and heating the rooms (2022).
Through a sliding door you reach the terrace, which is covered and also has a large awning. Terrace is equipped with mood lighting and a larger lamp + a fan. The terrace is adjacent to a lovely green lawn. Outside there is a wooden garden table with 6 chairs and there are 4 beach/pool chairs for you to use.
Upstairs there are 2 equally sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, small lamps, air conditioning (2021) and screen doors, both bedrooms have a sliding door (2021) to a balcony. On one side with a sea view. Outside there is a small table with 2 chairs to enjoy a cup of morning coffee.
On the second floor there is a roof terrace with mood lighting, 2 sun loungers and sea views.
The large shared swimming pool (18×8 meters, maximum depth 2.2 meters) of the urbanization is only a minute’s walk from Beach house Casa Luna. Since it is a fenced pool, you musn’t forget to take the key of the gate with you from the holiday home. The swimming pool can be used from 1 May to the end of October. There are showers and toilets at the pool.
Immediate surroundings of the holiday home on the Costa del Sol
In the immediate vicinity of Casa Luna you will find all facilities to have a pleasant beach or golf holiday. Within a radius of about 10 kilometers, there are 5 golf courses. For a day trip you can go to Marbella or Malaga, both very worthwhile. Just a few minutes’ walk away you will find restaurants, bars, shops and you can walk to the beach Playa de Calahonda in fifteen minutes.
