This charming stone house is located in the quiet and rural area of Buger, halfway between the villages of Buger and Sa Pobla. Casa Tronco is an ideal villa for anyone who wants to escape the busy tourist areas and enjoy the rural life of Mallorca. Over the past two years, the owners have restored the villa, preserving its rural character.
Layout of Casa Tronco
This two-storey villa consists of a small living room nicely furnished with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. A large kitchen, very fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob/oven. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room. The first floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a nice view of the village of Buger.
The large covered terrace outside offers space for the barbecue, there is also a large wooden table and benches. The swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a lawn and is ideal for families with small children.
Surroundings of Casa Tronco
Your holiday home is located in the countryside between Buger and Sa Pobla, you can spend your holiday here in complete tranquility, but if you are looking for entertainment, Buger is a 5-minute drive and Sa Pobla a 10-minute drive. The village of Muro, 10 minutes east of your holiday home, is also worth a visit. The beach can be reached within 30 minutes.

De tuin is werkelijk fantastisch
De tuin was veruit het beste deel van de villa. Goed verzorgd, ruim met een geweldige overdekte barbecueplek waar we volop van genoten. Uitstekend zwembad waar de kinderen dol op waren.
