This beautiful, cozy house Casa Adele is located in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just a short walk from the village’s two beaches.
Layout Casa Adele
Inside there is a very spacious open plan living-dining room with patio doors leading to the shaded terrace at the front. Next to the dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a door to the rear terrace. A passage from the dining room leads to the bedrooms; two doubles and one twin. All three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
There are plenty of sunbeds and a dining area on the veranda – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. This is a great private villa, perfect for a family who wants space for the children and has the benefit of being within walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Of course there is also a private swimming pool (8.50 x 4.50 meters).
Remarks
Distance to the beach is approximately 600 meters.
Availability
Minimum stay all year round 7 nights. In the summer months only arrival on Saturdays.
