Casita La Vecina is a spacious, bright, modern holiday home for 2 in the countryside near Villanueva de Tapia in Andalusia.

Description of the casita

This lovely holiday home is located on the owners’ property. Hence the name ‘the neighbor’. Your hostess is the extremely friendly Pascale. You have your own, completely private terrace and can use the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 8 by 4 meters. During your stay the swimming pool is for your use only; completely private. The casita is the old stable of the cortijo and has been tastefully converted into a cozy place for 2, while retaining the old beams, doors and windows. It is an ideal place for animal lovers, as the idyllic location is also shared with 2 horses, 2 very sweet dogs and a cat.

The casita is equipped with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. A cozy living space with a fully equipped kitchen, covered patio and private terrace.

Surroundings of the casita

The cottage is located 4km (10 minutes drive) from the beautiful white village of Villanueva de Tapia, with 1.5km of excellent gravel road. There are numerous bars, terraces, grocery shops, etc. in the village. – a typical Spanish village where everyone is buzzing in the morning. The towns of Archidona and Antequera are half an hour’s drive away, and offer supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, sports facilities such as padel, tennis, etc.

Casita la Vecina is an excellent base for day trips to beautiful Granada and Malaga (1 hour drive), Cordoba with its Mezquita and charming streets (1.5 hours), the Sierra Nevada for winter skiing (1.5 hours) , or the famous Caminito del Rey (just over an hour). Malaga airport is 1 hour away.

In Villanueva de Tapia, 4 kilometers from your holiday home, you can eat delicious, fresh pizza at Casa Estela.

Remarks

The owners require a deposit of € 350, which will be returned to you a week after departure.

Minimum stay in the summer months = 7 with arrival on Saturday
Rest of the year minimum stay 3, arrival possible on all days of the week
