This partly stone house, Casa Maravillosa, is set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with views of the surrounding mountains. This is a great private villa, perfect for a family wanting space for the kids and being within walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a unique holiday villa as it is very unusual to find a holiday home with such a large swimming pool and large garden, but at the same time being so close to the beach and other amenities in the area. The mature garden is a delight with mature olive trees and holm oaks. The garden has a built-in barbecue and a beautiful large swimming pool (12 x 7 meters) with a small waterfall.

Inside Casa Maravillosa there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area set over two levels. From here there is access to the two large terraces and the garden.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, + a seperate laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and the other two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There is a spiral staircase that leads to the garage and to a mezzanine which is not accessible.
Direct surroundings of the holiday home in Cala San Vicente
Cala San Vincente is known for the cliffs of the Cavall Bernat and the small sandy beaches, both within walking distance. A few hundred meters from the house you will find the prehistoric caves that are free to visit. There is a large choice of restaurants and bars in Cala San Vincente. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with all possible facilities close at hand.

• In summer season only available from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
• Other months minimum stay of 5 nights.
