The walled garden offers you complete privacy to enjoy the sunbathing lawn and your private swimming pool. Don’t feel like cooking, you can reach several restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes. Although the fixed charcoal barbecue actually asks for a celebratory meal every night.

Large gates open onto a private driveway for your rental car, adjacent to the outdoor dining area. This holiday home is attached, back to back with the neighboring house. The pool and garden are at the front, with mountain views, offering a great deal of privacy. The garden, lawn and pool terrace are undoubtedly the highlights of the holiday villa. In front of the pool is a large pergola providing shade for the BBQ and outdoor dining area, which overlooks the grounds all the way to the mountains in the distance. The large lawn is ideal for children to play on.
The living/dining room has ample seating and a dining table and chairs for 6 people. Patio doors on 2 sides open up to the BBQ terrace and garden. On the other side of the hall is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. There is a smaller breakfast table and chairs and a unique wooden ceiling with patio doors to the parking area which leads to the gardens.
An impressive industrial staircase takes you to the landing and 3 bedrooms. The 2 twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have the same stunning views over the villa grounds to the surrounding hills. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.
Surroundings of Casa Barbacoa
The authentic tapas restaurants and quaint shops of Pollensa’s old town are just a short walk away, Pollensa’s plaza mayor is less than a kilometer from your holiday home. Several beaches can be reached by car within 10 minutes. Palma de Mallorca, well worth a visit, is a 45 minute drive away.
Remarks
– In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning on all units from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
– Persons older than 16 pay 2.20 euros (+10% VAT) ecotax per day.
Availability
– In the summer months only arrival on Saturday is possible, minimum stay 7 nights.
– Rest of the year, flexible arrival, minimum stay 5 nights.
