Casa Enseenene

The original and old part of the Majorcan villa Casa Enseenene has been beautifully restored and renovated. A brand new expansion has been added to offer a stunning combination of old world charm and new modern opulence , giving it an entirely unique feel. Throughout the house there are many nice details that show its origin. With an equipped inventory, a great location and beautiful beaches within a short distance, Casa Enseenene is the perfect holiday home for your stay on Mallorca.

Layout Casa Enseenene

From the front terrace, glass doors lead into the spacious open plan dining room with vaulted ceilings. To the right of the dining area is the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the covered side terrace, where the BBQ and dining table are placed. At the rear of the living room, double doors lead to the front terrace. To the left of the front door and to the rear of the dining area is a connecting corridor leading to the compact kitchen. There is also a toilet in this hallway.

The well-equipped kitchen is bright with granite marble effect worktops and stylish cupboards for a modern look. Through the window in the kitchen you look out over the entire length of the house to the pool. In the adjacent utility room you will find a washing machine.

A staircase from the dining area leads to the bedrooms, all of which have parquet floors. To the left of the stairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. To the right of the stairs a corridor leads to a lovely single bedroom and separate shower room. This is shared with a second double bedroom with a very spacious built-in wardrobe and a private terrace with stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside.

Natural stone colored tiles cover both the terrace and the pool with wide Roman steps leading down to the water. To the right of the villa is the swimming pool, with very comfortable sun loungers on the spacious surrounding sun terraces. For your convenience there is a newly built shower room by the pool with washing facilities and toilet.

The small grass lawn is ideal for children to play on, and on the side is a table tennis table for sports enthusiasts. On the terrain and in front of the house there is an enclosed pond and another lawn with citrus trees. The roofed in BBQ terrace is adjacent to the pool and provides an ideal sun-filled place to relax, dine alfresco or simply enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Surroundings Casa Enseenene

The authentic tapas restaurants and quaint shops of Pollensa‘s old town are just a 30-minute walk away, or you can take the car and be there in 10 minutes. The nearest port, Port de Pollença, can also be reached within 10 minutes by car, and beyond this marina there is an extensive sandy beach. The location of Casa Romantica is perfect for making trips to Cape Formentor, the most northern point of Mallorca. The beaches of Cala San Vicente, at about 10 minutes by car, are well worth a visit, and of course the impressive Tramuntana Mountains. From the port of Alcúdia, about 20 minutes by car, you can get on the boat for a day trip to Barcelona.
