Casa 13 is the proud property of an interior designer, and it shows! The old house has been completely renovated preserving original elements such as doors and the amazing tiled floor, the interior is brand new: modern furniture, smooth cement floors and decorations in natural colors. The house is filled with beautiful wooden stools, colorful poufs, comfortable cushions, wicker baskets and lovely rugs. This house is cosy, attractive, modern and very comfortable.

Casa 13 offers a wonderful place to spend a holiday with 6 people in the heart of real Andalusia. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open plan living room with kitchen and a separate dining room, both with access to the covered terrace with beautiful views over the reservoir of Iznájar. On the terrace a table for outdoor dining, a lounge sofa for a siesta or an aperitif and, a sky-blue plunge pool (3×4 meters). The view from the terrace is breathtaking. On the 1st floor there are 3 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, one with a bathtub. The bedrooms all have the same panoramic view and access to the balcony.
Direct surroundings of this beautiful holiday home
From the house you can walk straight into Iznajar with its cozy alleys and restaurants. The beach of Lake Iznajar offers opportunities for water sports. Cities such as Malaga, Granada and Cordoba are easy to reach from this mountain village and are inviting to a day of shopping or soaking up culture.
Remarks
- In the months of July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights, the rest of the year you are welcome from 3 nights.
- The major airport of Malaga is about an hour’s drive from Casa 13.
- The rental price does not include the final cleaning of € 80,-

Wij hebben echt genoten!!!
Wij zijn vandaag weer vertrokken uit Iznajar. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het prachtige huis en ondanks het mindere weer het weekend hebben we toch volop kunnen genieten van het huis, Iznajar en de omgeving (Torcal de Antequera, Granada, Ronda, Setenil de las Bodegas en de Caminito del Rey). Iznajar is een klein dorpje, boven op een rots, dus flink de benen getraind, maar super gezellig en knus! Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad, uitzicht en de algehele luxe uitstraling maakte het natuurlijk helemaal af! Nogmaals heel hartelijk dank voor deze geweldige prijs!!!
