Casa Karina is a recently built, bright and comfortable holiday home with swimming pool and fantastic views of mountains and valleys. Enjoy the peace and quiet in this idyllic location in the Axarquía from this lovely house. From the house you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. You only hear the singing of many birds and passing shepherds tending the goats with their dogs.

Casa Karina is owned by Danish owners who designed, built and lived in the house themselves. Everything about this house is just right and it is a great location for lovers of peace, nature and beautiful architecture. In the evenings, the covered terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the starry sky while having a glass of wine. Even in winter, the house is cozy and light. There is underfloor heating and the air conditioning provides sufficient warmth in all rooms in the colder months. Cooking enthusiasts will find everything they desire in the spacious kitchen. Next to the pool there is even an ‘outdoor’ kitchen for the summer months. There is a covered terrace of 100 m2 and sufficient and beautiful garden furniture. From the house you can take beautiful hikes in the area.

Surroundings of your holiday home in Axarquia
Sedella is only 10 minutes by car and you can do all your daily shopping here. In Velez Málaga (40 minutes) you will find larger supermarkets. In Canillas de Aceituno, 20 minutes away, you can do your shopping and eat in one of the local restaurants.

All rooms are on one level. Spacious and bright living room with open kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and bath and 1 with shower.

• The last 3 kilometers to the house are on an unpaved and bumpy road. You will have to drive slowly.

Aanbod en service van La Taha altijd top.
De omgeving was prachtig. Even een uitdaging op de eerste dag vanwege de regen, en daardoor lag de weg vol keien en was het zandpad glibberig. Maar prachtige natuur en rustig gelegen. Het huis was ruim en precies wat we hadden verwacht op basis van de foto’s. Aanbod en service van La Taha altijd top. We boeken graag bij jullie vanwege de unieke locaties en de fijne contacten.

Alles is mooi: het huis, de tuin, terras, zwembad! Alles helemaal in orde.
