This lovely apartment Piso Caracola is located about 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Regla and Camarón; the first floor of a villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with chalets. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house; the two floors are completely independent of one-another.
Layout of Piso Caracola
The terrace measures about 30 m2, and is oriented to the south. You will have full sun here from early morning to afternoon. Partly for this reason, it is equipped with an awning, which can be partially or completely removed at will. There is a table and four armchairs with cushions and sun loungers, and parasols. The terrace, which is shielded from the view of the neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, dining al fresco, reading a book or enjoying the summer evenings. From the terrace there is access to the roof terrace.
The living-dining room has a dining table and four chairs, a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed (135 x 190 cm). The living room has air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and cable internet and satellite TV (domestic and foreign channels).
The master bedroom has a double bed (135 x 190 cm), two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. A cot can be placed on request. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Surroundings of Piso Caracola
You come to this area for an unforgettable beach holiday. Along the coastline you will find many beautiful, wide sandy beaches. A stone’s throw away is Doñana National Park, a nature reserve of wetlands with eg. the lynx and nesting and breeding grounds for migratory birds. The cities of Cadiz, Huelva and Seville are all within easy reach for a day trip.

- Parking for one car available on the grounds.
- Garden is shared with the owner who lives in the lower part of the house.
- The nearest major airport is Seville (SVQ) about an hour and a half away.

We voelden ons zeer comfortabel in het huis
Het appartement is groot, zeer schoon en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt in een rustige, maar centrale wijk, dat wil zeggen niet ver van het strand, met goede restaurants en winkels. Antonio liet ons alles zien en legde ons bij aankomst alles uit en liet ons de rest van ons verblijf met rust. Voor vragen is hij altijd bereikbaar. Het is ons zo goed bevallen dat we het volgende verblijf al hebben geboekt.
