Description of holiday home Bougainville
Together with Establo Uno, Dos and Grande, and Casa Almacén, Bougainville forms a small holiday complex. A little further on, the owners also live on the 12,000 m2 property, together with their twins, 3 dogs, 5 cats and 2 chickens. They have realized 5 fantastic holiday homes, in a beautiful area near Vejer de la Frontera.
The small complex has 2 swimming pools, which are shared with other guests. You can also rent the entire complex for private use, email us for a quote. Bougainville is the last house of the complex, next to Establo Grande and has a lovely private terrace.
Bougainville is located in a quiet and beautiful area, yet you can easily reach one of the many beaches in the area or one of the beautiful white villages.
Direct surroundings of the apartment
From the holiday home you can reach the white village, beautifully situated on a hill, Vejer de la Frontera in about 10 minutes. Here are several good restaurants, supermarkets and nice shops. Beautiful beaches can be found in Conil, el Palmar, Canos de Meca and Barbate, about 20 minutes drive. The city of Cádiz is also worth a visit and you can get there in about 40 minutes. Tarifa is the hotspot for windsurfers and there are trendy restaurants and nice shops there. With the ferry you can go to Tangier, Morocco. Would you rather spot dolphins, that is also possible from Tarifa.
Layout of Bougainville
Bougainville is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people in a beautiful garden. Bougainville measures about 55m2 + 10m2 closed patio and with a private terrace with barbecue! From the terrace you have access to the communal garden and swimming pool! Inside there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and one with a pull-out single bed (160×200). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a very well equiped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, oven and more. The living room is spacious and has a TV corner. From the living room you enter the enclosed patio with dining area and relaxation corner. There is central heating in all rooms and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A communal washing machine is at your disposal.

• With more than 4 people? Also rent Establo Grande.
• Shared pool.
• The nearest airport is Seville (SVQ) at 1 hour and 45 minutes drive. Malaga (AGP) is 2.5 hours away.
• Rental price does not include cleaning costs, € 80 to be paid on site.
• Pets are welcome for €35 per stay.
