Casa Ladera is a spacious, bright apartment for up to 6 people in a suburb of Marbella. The intimate complex of which Casa Ladera is part has a total of 4 swimming pools. The apartment is exceptionally well finished and is fully equipped.
Layout of Casa Ladera
The entire resort is gated and away from, yet close enough to, the bustling city life. The gardens of the complex are perfectly maintained. You will even find fruit trees where you can pick the fruits. You also have an underground parking space to park your car safely and out of the sun. Sun loungers and parasols are available at each pool. All pools are equipped with toilets and showers.
From the hall you enter the living and dining room. The apartment is spaciously decorated. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe. In the spacious living room with dining room you have access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views after a day of hiking. Casa Ladera has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a tub-shower combination. The holiday home is suitable for 6 adults and there is a cot available for you. There is climate control in all rooms for both cooling and heating. The well-equipped kitchen has everything your heart could desire; it is fully equipped with in particular a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (a filter coffee machine is also available), a kettle, 3-burner induction stove, an oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Immediate surroundings of Casa Ladera
You can reach the beautiful beaches of Calahonda/Marbella in a few minutes by car. Puerto Banus is also not far from Casa Ladera. Although you are staying on the coast, and therefore have all facilities within reach, the apartment is located in a quiet, green area. You can go out in search of as much entertainment as you wish, and then come home to your comfortable holiday apartment Casa Ladera at the end of the day. Gibraltar can be reached within an hour, as is Malaga, the capital of the region. With 10 minutes you are fashionable Marbella, or beautiful Fuengirola. Water sports and golf can be enjoyed to your heart’s content in this area.
