Within 15 minutes you are at the beach or in the fashionable beach town of Marbella, which also has a beautiful, old center. Thanks to its location at the foot of the Sierra Blanca, this region has a mild and sunny climate. This detached finca, called Finca Ana, is located in the middle of nature and on the edge of the attractive white village of Ojèn.
The holiday home was renovated with great taste in 2020 and therefore has a modern interior. From the house you can take beautiful hikes in the surrounding area and for groceries, nice restaurants, bars with fantastic tapas you are in the village in a few minutes. Despite the many possibilities in the vicinity, it is also a good place to stay in and around the finca itself. There are several terraces and in the summer there is plenty of shade. The long dining table invites you to cook extensively and eat outside until late in the evening. The small swimming pool offers refreshment during those hot Spanish summer days.
When you stay at Finca Ana you can contact the hotel in the village center with questions about the finca, for information about the neighborhood, restaurant tips, etc. From 1 April to the end of November you can make free use of the heated and covered hotel swimming pool. If you wish, you can also have breakfast on the hotel patio. Tip: the Spanish stars from heaven are cooked here three times a week.
Surroundings of holiday home Finca Ana
The finca is located on the edge of the village of Ojén, yet surrounded by nature. The Plaza Andaluz, an 8-minute walk from Finca Ana, is the centerpiece of this whitewashed Andalusian village. It is there, when the sun goes down, the tapas are on the table, where the Spanish children play around the fountain, the fino is consumed, plans are made for the next day. Around the village square are several bars and restaurants with good food and friendly service. On the route to the village square you will pass several shops for daily shopping. Marbella and beaches are 15 minutes away by car. Málaga can be reached within an hour and Granada (190 km) is also doable for a day trip.
Layout of Finca Ana
Spacious kitchen with all appliances including a large fridge with chilled filtered water, dishwasher and washing machine. The long dining table offers enough space for a group of up to 8 people. A living room with air conditioning/heating, a smart TV with all Dutch and international channels, and the option to stream. The spacious sofa can be transformed into a 1.60 wide bed in no time at all. Suitable for 1 adult or two children. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom that is primarily intended for bedroom number 3: the garden room. This room is located on the other side of the terrace in its own ‘house’. Equipped with a sink, own smart TV and WiFi amplifier, this room is also equipped with air conditioning. The lower floor of the house provides two spacious bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. As the rear of the house is somewhat lower, these rooms have windows and/or a door that overlook or give access to the rear terrace. The finca is enclosed by fences so that children and any pets can stay within sight. Parkeren kan naast het huis.
Remarks
- The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (2 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed).
- The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), which is about an hour away.

Prima in orde
Huis prima in orde, niets op aan te merken, leuk ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien – wandeling van het huis naar het dorp is eerste stuk minder aangenaam: zeer steil om met de buggy te doen + weinig aantrekkelijke omgeving (terrein van de overbuur lijkt op een vuilnisbelt) – dorp zelf is gezellig met een leuk pleintje en alles wat je nodig hebt (apotheek, winkel, bakker, terrasjes).
Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst
Prachtig en compleet ingericht huis met schitterende ligging. Tuin met sinaasappel- en mandarijnbomen. . Voor tips konden we altijd bij de eigenaar terecht. Ojen is een leuk wit dorpje met heerlijke authentieke tapas restaurantjes.
Niet middenin het massatoerisme van de kust
Net huisje in schattig dorpje. Nette ontvangst door de eigenaren. Zij gaven ook heel veel extra informatie. Wat voor ons wel handig was geweest, was meer informatie met betrekking tot het feit dat het pad naar het dorp heel steil en heuvelachtig was, aangezien mijn schoonmoeder, die mee was, last heeft van haar knieën en niet makkelijk oneven terrein kan bewandelen. Al de 2e keer dat we via jullie boeken, dus dat zegt genoeg.
Heel fijn!
Super mooi huis met veel knusse hoekjes. Ontvangst door eigenaar was super. Veel tips gehad voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Keuken was super met alle benodigdheden! Ook genoeg handdoeken en linnen. La Taha heeft hele mooie huizen en goede service!
Prima, ik raad het iedereen aan
We kenden het al van vorig jaar. Prima, heerlijk huis met een heerlijk buitengebied. De ontvangst was op tijd, hartelijk en helder. Elk huisje dat we via La Taha hebben gehuurd voldeed ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen! Wel misschien goed om te weten dat jullie aanbeveling voor Sunny Cars autoverhuur een hele goede is. Sinds we de eerste keer bij jullie boekten en die tip zagen, hebben we er gebruikt van gemaakt en sindsdien doen we niet anders.
Het huis is mooi en ruim, met een mooie tuin.
We brachten 6 dagen door in de finca. Het is er rustig en omgeven door prachtige natuur. Het dorp is dichtbij, op loopafstand van de plaatselijke kruidenier. We ontdekten mooie en ontspannen, rustige stranden op 20 minuten rijden. Daarnaast is de uitnodigende stad Marbella met al haar voorzieningen dichtbij. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en zeer informatief.
Een aanrader!!
De finca is een fantastisch vakantiehuis, landelijk gelegen, maar toch dichtbij een dorp met veel terrassen rondom het huis. Fijn dat er een zwembad bij was, ter verkoeling na een warme dag. Gezellige grote buitentafels, dichtbij de BBQ. Lekker koel slapen op de benedenverdieping, en tuinhuis. Mooie omgeving, dichtbij de zee en bergen, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Ontvangst was hartelijk, zeer behulpzaam.
Huis prima in orde, niets op aan te merken.
Leuk ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. Het dorp zelf is gezellig met een leuk pleintje en alles wat je nodig hebt (apotheek, winkel, bakker, terrasjes. Enige bemerking: het is kindvriendelijk wegens aanwezigheid van speelgoed, gezelschapsspelen, trampoline, kinderbestek, … maar de vele gevaarlijke trapjes en niveauverschillen maken de tuin en de terrassen voor kleine kinderen juist weer wat gevaarlijk.
