Upon arrival, it is immediately apparent that this is a dream home in the Spanish countryside, which has been renovated with great care and love for interior styling. After you have parked your (rental) car safely under the carport, take the stairs to the spacious terrace above, or walk right past the holiday home towards the swimming pool. This house is fully equipped, including 2 full kitchens, one of which has French doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, pure luxury!

Iznájar is a typical Andalusian village with steep, narrow streets lined with orange trees, gardens, terraces, white houses and an Arab castle with a beautiful view of the 32 km long lake with water sports. Lake Iznájar is an absolute attraction for the wider area, and yet it is never crowded. On the beach you can eat at the chiringuito, take a boat trip or laze in the sand. The cities of Málaga, Granada and Córdoba can be reached within 1 to 1.5 hours from Iznájar; you’ll stay in the heart of Andalusia.

Ground floor: large terrace with swimming pool with covered dining area. Complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Two bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The laundry room with washing machine is also located on this floor.

First floor: accessible from the outside via a stone staircase, large terrace with a very spacious dining area and an awning over almost the entire width. You enter the new, open kitchen through French doors, adjacent to the living room with dining area and pellet burner. Through a hallway, with the stairs down, the master bedroom with a double bed with walk-in closet, walk-in shower and bath in the middle of the room! The fourth bedroom with a double bed also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Remarks

– The swimming pool is 8x4m and can be used from the beginning of May to the end of October.
– Two of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
– Linen change after 1 week for a stay of 2 weeks, complete cleaning possible against payment of € 120,-
– Deposit of € 300 before arrival. You will receive it back after check-out.
– The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), about 50 minutes drive.
