Description of the holiday home
Villa Monteamor is a detached holiday home with 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, two living rooms and a large terrace with kitchenette next to the pool. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, horse riding or golf. The mature garden, with lawn around the pool is a delight. You have a view of the mountains and the sea in the distance.
This spacious, modernly furnished villa is the ideal holiday home for lovers of culture, nature and the beach. Located in a beautiful, stately neighborhood near Náquera in the middle of the natural park of Sierra Calderona. The villa has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. There is a garden all around and a private swimming pool (11×4 m). The outdoor kitchen, on the covered terrace by the pool, has a barbecue and fridge/freezer. Sufficient terraces and a magnificent view of the valley and mountains. The house itself is light with sliding doors from most rooms to the balconies and terraces surrounding the house.

Lower Floor: Stairs lead from the dining area to the lower floor with additional lounge. Bedroom with single bed and bunk bed, which gives access to an extra single bedroom. Both rooms are connected to the adjoining bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet.
Surroundings of Villa Monteamor
Located in a quiet residential area near Náquera, a nice village with restaurants, shops and a supermarket. In the middle of the Sierra Calderona and directly from the house you can make beautiful walks. A car ride to Torres Torres through the natural park is highly recommended. The old center of Valencia city can be reached by car within 45 minutes, the nearest beaches of La Pobla de Farnals and Sagunto are less than half an hour away. The pretty towns of Segorbe and Navajas are also worth a visit.
