New holiday home! Unwind in this stylish villa. Outdoor areas with private (heated) pool (10 x 5 meters) with infinite views over the Valle del Sol and ultimate privacy. Outside you will find dining and sitting areas, a large gas BBQ, and private parking behind an electric gated entrance. The interior is composed with an eye for detail and offers quality furniture. 3 bedrooms are equipped with each their own bathroom.

This beautiful villa is located about 7 minutes drive from the town of Alora. If you stay in Villa Los Diez in winter, you can also rely on comfort. The house has thick walls, a lovely wood burner, electric heaters. Because the house is located in the so-called Sun Valley, you can count on sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Given the Mediterranean climate, the perceived temperature is at least 10 degrees higher than your weather app indicates.

A beautifully designed and furnished villa with many Ibiza style decorations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a complete private bathroom including an amazing freestanding bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a large king-size bed and has a beautiful view over the valley. In the bedrooms there is air conditioning (+ fans) as well as in the living room and there’s a ceiling fan on the outdoor terrace. All 3 bedrooms have double beds and a private bathroom with at least a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has French doors to the covered terrace. The open plan lounge and dining area has direct access to the well-equipped kitchen and patio doors leading out to the outside terrace, which also houses the swimming pool.

Entrance to the property has electric gates for complete privacy. A perfectly placed, heated swimming pool (10×5 meters) is located at the rear of the holiday home with a wide view over the green valley and mountains. In the utility room you will find a dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the house is the barbecue terrace with dining area for 6 with round table. Behind the house, on the pool side, there is a covered terrace/veranda with a nice sitting and dining area. The view from the garden is breathtaking. You will stay in the last house of the “street”. Your “backyard” is nothing but nature; ideal for beautiful walks.

Surroundings of Villa Los Diez

The town of Alora, a 7 minute drive away, is a beautiful whitewashed pueblo with many traditional tapas bars, restaurants and shops. You can take the train from Alora to Malaga, a relaxing way to explore the beautiful city. The villa is 30 minutes from the famous Caminito del Rey (walking), as well as the beautiful lakes of Ardales. It is a 35 minute drive to Malaga airport and beach, 25 minutes to El Chorro (beautiful lakes, rock climbing, horseback riding through the mountains, etc.). You can also rent bicycles at El Chorro. You can book yoga and massages at the house for an additional charge. It takes about an hour by car to Marbella. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops in the vicinity, the large Mercadona is open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm. Smaller shops still keep the authentic siesta times.

Remarks

• The owner asks for a deposit for possible damage and electricity costs of € 300 per week (€ 500 for 2 weeks). For the use of electricity, about € 15 per day has been calculated. On arrival and departure, the contact person will show and record the meter reading. The villa has 4 air conditioning units and if these are used to the maximum, it quickly becomes an expensive stay. If you use more than € 15 in electricity per day (excluding pool heating), the additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.
• When using the heated swimming pool (only to be used from 1 May to 31 October, not necessary in the period June – mid-September), a surcharge of € 10,- per day is in place.
• Your local point of contact will show you the way from Alora to the house (7 min drive), and will explain the house to you.
• Minimum age of guests is 14 years.
• No parties allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• For stays of 2 weeks, change of bed linen and towels provided.
• The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) at just over half an hour’s drive.
