Description of your holiday home in Andalusia
The wood burner and electric heating also make Casita del Arroyo a comfortable holiday home during the colder winter months, the heated jacuzzi is a big plus and unique in Spain. Casita del Arroyo is beautifully decorated and has a beach house vibe.
Next to the casita is the larger holiday home Cortijo del Arroyo, suitable for 7 people. Both holiday homes have their own terrace and offer complete privacy. Guests have access to the swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. Both holiday homes together are an ideal holiday spot for larger groups who like privacy, but this bungalow is also the ultimate holiday home for couples in love. English owners live on site and are happy to inform you about activities and places of interest in the area.
Surroundings Casita del Arroyo
Villanueva de Tapia is the nearest village with shops, typical Spanish bars and weekly market on Thursdays. A supermarket with many fresh products is a 15-minute drive away. Cities like Granada (45 min), Córdoba (60 min) and Ronda (60 min) are easy accesible form the house. The nearest beach is 1 hour’s drive from the holiday home. Lake Iznajar also offers a beach and water sports.

Living room with wood burner and open kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house has French doors in both the kitchen and the living room that open onto the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden and large swimming pool; the pool measures 10x5m. There is an outdoor kitchen, full outdoor bathroom and pool table. In addition, there are many places and opportunities to sunbathe on sun-beds or, for example, to have lunch under the roofed terrace by the pool.

- The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), about 50 minutes drive.

Heerlijk!
Ontvangst was zeer gastvrij. Verder kregen we de nodige info over het huisje en omgeving. Het huisje was hartstikke in orde, lekkere douche en een heerlijk bed. De rust en het getwitter van de vogels in de omgeving was zeer aangenaam. Contact en correspondentie met La Taha was zeer prettig.
Een geweldig huis!
“Het ligt prachtig en rustig tussen de olijfbomen. In de omgeving is genoeg te beleven, rustieke kleine dorpjes (Iznajar is heel mooi) en ook de grotere steden als Granada en Cordoba zijn niet ver weg. Sierra Nevada tevens binnen een uur te bereiken. Het huis zelf is heel compleet en stijlvol ingericht, er is zo goed als niets te verzinnen wat niet aanwezig is. Er is veel zorg besteed aan de aankleding. De ontvangst door de eigenaren was super vriendelijk en hartelijk. Ook zijn zij graag bereid advies en tips te geven. Wat een leuke mensen! Kortom een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het binnenland van Andalusie. Verder het plaatsje zelf op een heuvel bij het meer gelegen, met prachtige vergezichten. Maak ‘s morgens vroeg een wandeling vanuit het huis, als de zon net over de olijfboomheuvels komt. Het is dan heel stil, nog lekker fris en de konijntjes en rode patrijzen schieten voor je voeten weg.
Heel goed.
De ontvangst was meer dan prima. We hadden wat boodschappen besteld en die waren keurig verzorgd. De omgeving was prachtig en het huis was royaal en uitstekend voorzien voor twee personen. Het aanbod van Taha past bij ons. We zouden echter ook wel wat huizen in het aanbod willen hebben die iets dichter bij een dorp liggen zodat je lopend boodschappen kan doen of kunt gaan eten.
Gezellig en goed uitgerust vakantiehuisje.
Mooie ligging en uitzichten. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Prima gelegen voor verkenning Andalusisch binnenland en uurtje van de kust!
Een heel knus huisje midden tussen de olijfbomen
Enigszins afgelegen. Vanwege de kou genoten van de aanwezige houtkachel. De ontvangst door de gastheren was meer dan hartelijk en er stond een prachtig welkomstpakket klaar. Ze waren goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp indien nodig. De hottub was geweldig. We vinden het aanbod van La Taha uitstekend.

Het huis bleek ruimer dan de foto’s deden vermoeden. Ook de inrichting was smaakvoller dan verwacht. Het uitzicht was niet weids maar aangenaam. De rust die van de omgeving uitging was weldadig. Daarbij hadden wij het geluk dat de huurders van de 6-persoons villa zich nooit lieten zien. Het zandpad was even wennen. Niettemin was de bereikbaarheid van alle geplande bezienswaardigheden (steden-dorpen-natuur) goed te noemen.
