Spacious Casita Perdiz has an open living space, with a wood burner and satellite television. There are two large windows, one with a view of the valley and one in the kitchen with a view of the courtyard. Patio doors lead to a private courtyard with dining area for 4. With the open staircase in the living room you reach one of the bedrooms. This room has 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom can be reached through the courtyard. This is also equipped with 2 single beds (can be made into a double if needed) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a small dressing table.
The casita’s well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob and there is a fridge with a small freezer compartment. All basic products such as salt, pepper, oil, detergent, etc. are available for you. You will also find a dining area for 4 people in the kitchen. In the courtyard you will find, in addition to a dining area, a barbecue and sun loungers. The traditional high, white walls guarantee your privacy, the jasmine and lavender complete the picture.
Swimming pool
The communal pool is shared with a maximum of 10 guests. Of course you will find nice sun loungers and a number of seating areas by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower, toilet and sink. Also shared is the laundry room adjacent to the pool patio, here you will find a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
