This truly beautiful, bright holiday home Cortijo Nuba has been lovingly converted from a ruin into a holiday home by mother and daughter. With this renovation, a long-cherished dream came to life for the couple, and you can enjoy this dream too. Completion took place in May 2021, so everything about this holiday home is not only beautiful and atmospheric, but also brand new.
Description of this brand new holiday home
The house is surrounded by olive trees near Lake Iznajar, on the borders of the provinces of Malaga, Cordoba and Granada. You can walk endlessly in this area or simply enjoy the view from one of the sunbeds or from the hammock. The modern, very complete interior ensures that you will want for nothing during your holiday, while you are immersed in the countryside of Andalusia.
Surroundings of Cortijo Nuba
Fuente del Conde is a small mountain village with a small grocery shop. At about a 10-minute drive you are in Iznajar, an impressive village, in the middle of the largest reservoir in Andalusia. You can take boat trips on the lake, in the village and on the beach you will find several nice eateries. In Iznajar itself are a butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer and a number of small supermarkets for daily shopping. Larger towns such as Rute and Archidona can be reached within half an hour. Malaga and the beach can be reached in an hour, and Cordoba and Granada are also very doable for a day trip.
Description of Cortijo Nuba
Cortijo Nuba has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, a lounge area with a beautiful view and a nice living room. There are also three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the master bedroom even has a bath. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is a treat in the hot Andalusian summers. The 2 other bathrooms are equipped with sink, toilet and showers. All bedrooms have a double bed. The bedroom on the ground floor has a private terrace. Outside the house is surrounded by a nice terrace with several lounge and seating areas. There is also a hammock, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor kitchen with a plancha.

- Use of heating is not included in the price.
- A deposit of € 350 is required before arrival.
- Nearest major airport is Malaga (AGP) about 50 minutes drive. Granada airport (GRX) can be reached within 45 minutes.
