Casa Mazmullar is built against a hill and from the balcony you have a beautiful view. This lovely holiday home is located in the middle of nature, with a few other houses nearby, on the road between the villages of Colmenar and Comares and is easily accessible via the private concrete road of 100 meters.

Casa Mazmullar is fully equipped, such as games, books and DVDs, and also comfortably warm in the winter months thanks to the central heating. It has a separate well equipped spacious kitchen and 3 good sized bedrooms. The spacious and heated swimming pool can be reached via an outside staircase. Behind the pool is a large terrace with outdoor kitchen. Thanks to the many terraces around you have sun or shade at any time of the day, depending on the season. This is one of those homes you’ll never want to leave!

Surroundings Casa Mazmullar
Picturesque Comares is the nearest village and is located on a hilltop. This typical Andalusian village has bars, restaurants and shops. Colmenar is also easily accessible for your daily shopping and the Thursday market. Velez Malaga (35 km), Malaga (45 km) and Antequera (70 km) are larger and very attractive towns nearby for a day trip from your holiday home.
Layout Casa Mazmullar
All on one level – Enclosed terrace in front of the front door with spacious dining area. Spacious, very well equipped kitchen. Living room with wood burner. Two bedrooms with double bed, with patio doors to terrace. One of the rooms has a four-poster bed. Bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, this “children’s room” has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. And of course a lovely, large, heated swimming pool on a lower terrace. On this terrace you will also find a hammock, several sun loungers, covered dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

• Casa Mazmullar is a non-smoking holiday home.
• The pool measures 8 by 5 meters. It is a heated pool!
• The owner lives under the house and is always available if needed.

Helemaal geweldig!
We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. We hadden met boeken toch beetje twijfels over ligging, maar vonden het helemaal geweldig!!
