Casa Flor de Sol is a cozy house with a romantic interior. Staying in the tiny village of Navahermosa allows you to fully immerse yourself in the Spanish culture, as only 30 people live here. In the garden of the house there iare a beautiful flowery medicinal plants and fruit trees, and in the back a heated swimming pool with sun loungers. On a terrace on the first floor you can also enjoy sun loungers and a nice sitting area.
Description of Casa Flor de Sol
This holiday home is the proud property of a couple who live in the north of Spain. Over the years they have collected a variety of beautiful, antique furniture and created a truly beautiful garden. Since they themselves have lived in the house for years, you will lack nothing, the furnishings, the complete kitchen, the wonderful beds; this is a perfect home base for a stay in Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park.
The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, both with private bathroom with walk-in shower. The cozy living-dining room is equipped with a wood-burning stove. The top floor has a roof terrace over the entire width of the house. Although the holiday home has neighbours, these houses are empty, so you are wonderfully free here. For those who want, there is even a beautiful, spacious workspace, with an adjustable desk.
Surroundings of Casa Flor de Sol
Within 1.5 hours you can reach Seville, the capital of Andalusia, with its beautiful cathedral, Plaza de Europa and royal palace. The provincial town of Aracena, a 20-minute drive away, is also well worth a visit. Hikers can indulge themselves in this simply beautiful area.
Remarks
- The nearest airport is Seville (SVQ) at about an hour and a half drive.
- The owner asks for a deposit of € 500, which you will receive back on departure.

Lovely home to relax (and work)
We enjoyed every day in the house and felt very comfortable and cozy. Around the house you can find some great spots for hiking and mountain biking. My husband and I drove by car from Germany and had a wonderful time. At siesta time we were still full of energy and could cool down in the pool and sometimes we used the pool even in the evening and watched the stars. Thank you so much!!! I‘m sure that it won‘t be our last booking of the house 🙂
